1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AIWriter Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our service.

2. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in USD via Stripe
• Free plan: 10 generations/month at no cost, forever
• Basic plan: $9.9/month, 200 generations/month
• Pro plan: $19.9/month, 1000 generations/month
• Generations reset on the 1st of each calendar month

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time subscribers who are unsatisfied with the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AIWriter Pro to generate: illegal content, spam, misinformation intended to deceive, content that violates third-party rights, or content that violates OpenAI's usage policies.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using AIWriter Pro belongs to you, subject to OpenAI's terms. We retain ownership of the AIWriter Pro platform, interface, and underlying technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

AIWriter Pro is provided "as is." We are not liable for the quality, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before use.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
