AIWriter Pro ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our AI writing service at aiwriter.aytech.site.

Information You Provide
- Account information: Email address, name, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash — we never store plaintext passwords)
- Payment information: Processed entirely by Creem (our payment provider). We store only your subscription plan and status — we never see or store your card number
- Content you create: Prompts and AI-generated outputs you create through our tools
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage statistics (number of AI generations performed)
- Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and debugging purposes
- Session cookies to keep you logged in
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To process payments and manage your subscription plan
- To provide and improve the AIWriter Pro service
- To send transactional emails: account verification, password reset, payment confirmation
- To monitor usage and enforce plan limits
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
3. AI Processing of Your Content
When you use our writing tools, your prompts are sent to our AI providers for processing:
- Zhipu AI (智谱 AI): Primary AI model provider (GLM-4-Flash). Prompts are sent to their API. Please review Zhipu AI's Privacy Policy.
- Google Gemini: Fallback AI model. Used only when the primary model is unavailable. Please review Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not use your generated content to train any AI models, and we do not sell or share your content with third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored on servers located in Singapore
- All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a cost factor of 12
- We do not store credit card details — payments are processed by Creem
- Database access is restricted to application-level credentials
5. Cookies
We use one session cookie (aiwriter_sess) solely to keep you logged in during your visit. We do not use:
- Advertising or tracking cookies
- Third-party analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Persistent marketing cookies
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly for delivering the service:
- Creem – payment processing (Privacy Policy)
- Zhipu AI / Google Gemini – AI content generation
- Gmail SMTP – transactional email delivery
7. Data Retention
- Account data is retained as long as your account is active
- Generation history is stored for 90 days for free accounts, indefinitely for paid plans

8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
- Export your generation history (available in your Dashboard)
