Spot It ("we", "the game") is a casual visual puzzle distributed through third-party web game platforms, including Poki. This policy explains what the game itself does with data. The distribution platform operates under its own privacy policy and consent controls, which apply in addition to this one.
We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, postal address or precise location. The game does not contain chat, user-generated content uploads or social logins.
We store only your current level and your cumulative score in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. If your browser blocks local storage (for example in incognito mode), the game still works but progress will not be saved.
